Role Overview: As a Landlord Liaison Officer, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to procure landlord contracts. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring we have a robust portfolio of properties to offer to our clients. You will be the face of our team to landlords, showcasing the benefits of partnering with us and highlighting the positive impact their properties can have on the lives of vulnerable individuals and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Landlord Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property managers, and real estate agents.
- Contract Negotiation: Successfully negotiate lease agreements and contracts with landlords, ensuring favourable terms for our clients and the local authority.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential properties and trends in the housing market.
- Networking: Attend industry events, seminars, and networking sessions to promote our company and expand our landlord network.
- Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new landlords and property owners.
- Support: Provide exceptional customer service to landlords, addressing their concerns and ensuring a smooth partnership process.
