The Experience team curate and deliver the very best in bucket list golf trips, build around the dreams of our guests.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Ground Services Coordinator to enhance the experience of our guests from the moment they arrive. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless transportation to and from the golf course. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and commitment to excellence will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Reception and Transport:
• Provide a warm meet-and-greet for guests upon arrival at the airport or hotel, depending on the transfer arrangements.
• Ensure timely and safe transportation of guests to and from the golf course, facilitating a smooth journey.
Event Coordination:
• Manage the departure of golfers, overseeing the first tee and range activities for larger groups to ensure an organized experience.
• Support the operations team as the "boots on the ground," ensuring all aspects of the guest experience are executed flawlessly.
Personalized Guest Support:
• Assist guests with requests in a face-to-face manner, addressing inquiries and ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
Fleet Maintenance:
• Maintain the fleet of vehicles to the prestigious standards required, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and optimal performance.
Process Compliance:
• Adhere to all processes and procedures necessary to fulfill the role effectively.
• Complete daily administrative tasks as needed to support overall operations.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building rapport with guests.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
• A valid driver’s license free of points as well as familiarity with local transportation routes.
• A D1 Drivers license would be advantageous but not mandatory.
• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
