Develop and implement tailored assessment and treatment plans for patients with highly complex conditions, using advanced analytical and clinical reasoning skills. Prepare comprehensive summaries outlining treatment recommendations, multidisciplinary collaboration, and community service options to support effective discharge planning. Create and maintain educational resources related to Occupational Therapy for use by patients, carers, visitors, and multidisciplinary team members. Apply therapeutic manual handling techniques to support patients physical and sensory rehabilitation needs.
