Act as a role model for the LSC SDE RWE team, supporting and developing colleagues to maximise their learning and potential. Responsibility for the delivery of a proactive, effective, and high-quality data science service. Ensure that the Data Science business is delivered to agreed timescales, taking the lead in relation to all aspects of analysis and reporting. Responsible for integrating, transforming, and consolidating data from various structured and unstructured data systems into structures suitable for building analytics solutions. Responsible for helping stakeholders understand data through exploration, building and maintaining secure and compliant data processing pipelines using different tools and techniques. Data science representative at appropriate meetings Lead role in the development of the LSC SDE strategy, participating in initiatives at Trust and ICS level. Utilise their extensive knowledge and technical skills to lead on the management of highly complex information issues and provide forecasting, demand and capacity planning and input into models that are developed. Support and act as a lead for Research, Academic and Commercial Collaborations. Ensure that the development of Data science products and services are consistent with the needs of the operational, clinical and nursing staff.
