Production Operative
3 positions:
Day shift - 6am-2pm Monday - Friday - £25,400 - £30,000
Mid shift - 2pm-10pm Monday to Friday - £29210 - £34500
Night shift - 10pm-6am Sunday to Thursday - £33020 - £39000

The role of the Production Operative will primarily involve operating manual and CNC-based machinery to produce high-quality products in a busy environment. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering our products to customers all over the world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating manual and CNC-based machinery to produce products according to specifications
- Processing steel to customers' requirements and tolerances
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings to ensure accuracy in production
- Operating a forklift truck (FLT) for loading and unloading materials
- Banding, palletising, and bagging goods for shipment
- Preparing products for loading onto delivery trucks
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Reporting any machine faults or issues to the production supervisor
