Your New Role


A vibrant and inclusive primary school in Inner London is seeking a passionate and imaginative Drama Teacher to join their team from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified teacher-whether experienced or early in their career-to lead and develop drama education across Early Years, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.


We're looking for someone who brings energy, creativity, and a love for the performing arts. You will have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • A specialism in Drama or Performing Arts.
  • Strong knowledge of drama techniques, performance theory, and curriculum planning.
  • Experience designing engaging and inclusive lessons that foster creativity and confidence.
  • Excellent classroom management and the ability to create a safe, expressive environment.
  • A track record or interest in extracurricular activities such as school productions or drama clubs.
  • Strong skills in assessment and feedback, both practical and theoretical.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to work across departments.

  • A creative and imaginative approach to teaching.
  • Excellent communication with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
  • Enthusiastic and energetic presence in the classroom and during rehearsals.
  • Adaptable to different learning styles and pupil needs.
