â° Hours: Full-time – 39 hours per week (Monday to Friday, between 06:30 and 16:30)
We are a long-standing, reputable shopfitting company based in Birmingham, with a proud heritage spanning over 150 years. Our in-house facilities allow us to deliver beautifully crafted, one-of-a-kind installations for prestigious clients. These include architectural metalwork, hardwood joinery, and bespoke fabrications. We are widely recognised for our expert craftsmanship in producing high-quality bronze and stainless steel doors, frames, staircases, and canopies.
About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled and reliable metalworker to join our small, dedicated team. You will play a key role in the fabrication of custom-designed architectural metalwork to the highest standards.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Fabricating and assembling bespoke items such as shopfronts, staircases, and canopies

Working with a variety of metals including brass, bronze, aluminium, stainless steel, and mild steel (1.2mm – 6mm thick)

Using workshop machinery such as vertical/horizontal band saws and pedestal drills

Reading and interpreting technical drawings

Welding or brazing experience is advantageous but not essential
✅ What We’re Looking ForEssential:

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar metalworking or fabrication role

Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
