About the Role:
As a key member of our support staff, you will work closely with teachers and the SEN team to provide tailored support that helps our students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience working with children or young people with SEN, particularly autism
• A nurturing, adaptable, and proactive approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
