Crynodeb
As a Marine Operative you will be:
- Crewing and learning to coxswain the harbour vessel, which operates as a harbour tug and pilot launch.
- Driving the harbour vehicles, including forklift, vans and bobcat (telehandler)
- Keeping the harbour tidy and carrying out maintenance to ensure the harbour remains safe for all users and the public
- Occasionally manning the control tower to ensure the safe passage, logging and mooring of all vessels within the harbour.
- Willing to undertake occasional paid out of hours duties as required.
- Be ready to undertake emergency response actions within the harbour.
- Assisting vessels alongside with stores etc

Applicants must:
- Be able to communicate with the public and harbour users.
- Speak English and able to work in the UK.
- Have a UK driving licence.
- Be a team player.
Hours
- 39 hours per week (plus overtime when required)
