The successful applicant will be proactive in developing their clinical skills and competencies, within this specialist field. Occupational Therapists within Hywel Dda have access to regular supervision and annual PADRs. Continuing professional development opportunities include attending Clinical Practice meetings, Clinical Case Supervision, Peer Support opportunities, Occupational Therapy specific training and opportunities to engage in Post Graduate Qualifications. Bryngofal unit is situated within the site of Prince Philip Hospital in, Llanelli. As well as all the benefits the Trust offer, we are central to all local shopping centres, public transport is on site, and M4 is within a mile. Llanelli is a market town and the largest community in Carmarthenshire located on the Loughor estuary only 10.5 miles from Swansea. Llanelli has scenic coastal paths, beautiful beaches, a choice of nature and wildlife areas, historic landmarks and a variety of bars and restaurants to enjoy on your days off.
