The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply. The ideal candidate will have the ability to interpret and explain financial concepts and information to non-financial managers. Excellent communication and IT skills are essential. Critical to the role is the ability to develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders, with the ability to challenge and influence others. The post holder will also ensure processes are efficient, effective and consistent across all areas they are responsible for and will look to foster a culture of continuous improvement. You will be someone who demonstrates initiative and wants to be part of a finance team that strives for innovation and excellence.
