Key Responsibilities: CLINICAL To deliver NICE recommended, formulation driven specialist psychologicalinterventions for depression and anxiety disorders, adapting interventions for thespecific needs and clinical setting, working with individual clients, groups and largeworkshops. Assess and integrate issues surrounding social support, voluntary work andemployment into therapy TEACHING, TRAINING AND SUPERVISION: To receive regular clinical and professional supervision from a more seniorClinical/Counselling Psychologist/High Intensity CBT Therapist, according toBABCP/HCPC and Trust guidelines. This must include live supervision of your work(through recordings or observation). To contribute to the development of the knowledge and skills base within LambethIAPT by maintaining an active awareness of current developments in psychology,CBT, IAPT and by implementing knowledge gained in practice. TEAM MEMBER: To make a full contribution to the running of Lambeth Talking Therapies as a memberof a team and the whole service. To identify any aspects of the service which could be improved and contribute to theservice development through undertaking and participating in appropriate projects.
