My client is looking for a Site Supervisor to work at a School around the Lichfield area. This is a Full-time Permanent Position, and it will be working all year round 52 week per year.
You will be expected to work the following hours:
7am-3.30pm (Monday-Friday)
Salary- Grade 7 SCP 15-22- £29,093 to £32,654
Job Purpose:
• To provide efficient and effective caretaking support to the school including ensuring that the security and general appearance of the buildings and surrounding areas are maintained in accordance with the required standards set by the school and that heating systems operate at optimum efficiency.
Main areas of Responsibility:
• Security & Safety
• Maintenance & Cleaning
• Basic Repairs and Managing contractors
• Safeguarding
• Health & Safety
• Line Manage the site team
