What You will Do
As a Furniture Technician, you’ll be the face of Castelan, delivering high-quality repairs and exceptional service. Your day-to-day will include:
* Visiting customers to inspect and repair upholstery, leather, wood furniture, beds, and more
* Completing repairs on-site at homes or commercial properties
* Keeping accurate records and submitting reports to head office
* Promoting care kits and sharing customer feedback
* Maintaining your van and tools to company standards
What We are Looking For
Essential:
* Aged 18+ with a full UK driving licence (max 6 points) - for insurance purposes
* A passion for hands-on work and problem-solving
* A professional, customer-focused attitude
* Experience with leather, wood, or furniture repairs
* Familiarity with different furniture brands and models
* Previous customer-facing experience
