Role Summary
Responsible for ensuring that all building services for the development are carried out to a high standard and are delivered time
and accurately.
You will act as the face of urbanbubble with residents, displaying professionalism and genuine care for their property ensuring a
first-class customer experience.
This role is 30 hours per week

What will you do?
* Fire control system, alarms and smoke ventilation
* Access control systems, locks and security measures for building, car park and any other aspects of the property
* All property lighting and heating systems
* Lifts, car park, doors, windows, bin stores
* Ventilation systems & Lighting
* Pump equipment and risers and water systems
* Management of the bin store and refuse process- Rotating bins, presenting bins for collection on bin days
* Deep cleaning/Jet washing of communal grounds.
* Litter picking of external areas and grounds.
* Complete any adhoc maintenance as agreed with the CM and GM
* To ensure stock, tools & materials are kept to an acceptable level & usable standard.
* Inform company of any additional works needed at location.
* Be able to make sure any works completed are compliant in line with HSE.
* Identify & communicate potential areas for future works.
* Complete all paperwork & procedures in set timelines.
* Attend all safety briefings/tool box talks.
