We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced baby room Early Years Practitioner to join our vibrant and dynamic team.
Over 50 years established community nursery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality childcare and education to children in the early years setting.
• Plan and implement engaging educational activities that promote early childhood development in alignment with the EYFS.
• Communicate effectively with parents, guardians other professionals regarding children's progress and needs, to ensure the best outcomes for children.
• Maintain a safe, clean, inclusive, and stimulating environment that meets the individual needs of all children.
• Observe and assess children’s progress, ensuring that all records are accurate and up-to-date.
•Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and support each child's individual needs.
• Foster a positive, supportive, and nurturing atmosphere that encourages children’s curiosity and love for learning.
Requirements:
• Attend regular staff meetings
• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 Years Working Experience
• Proven experience working with babies and young children in a nursery or early years setting.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
• Current enhanced DBS check.
