Crynodeb
To work as a member of the Community Nursing Team within an Integrated Community Team (ICT) delivering care to patients resident within an Integrated Care Team population. To provide a high standard of skilled nursing care to people in their own homes or clinic settings To manage the Community Nursing Team and Nursing Caseload in the absence of the Team Leader - District Nurse / Senior Community Nurse (for annual leave, study leave & sickness).
