Crynodeb
The Senior Carer vacancy is a permanent, full-time role is up to 39 hours per week. The role:
• lead and manage the staff on shift, ensuring the effective and efficient running of the home
• dispense medication and evidence compliance with standards and audits
• manage care plans, supporting and guiding staff ensuring high standard
• flexibility in their approach and sensitive to the caring needs of our elderly residents
• display empathy, respect and care towards our residents at all times
• Previous experience and qualification as a Senior Carer is essential and must hold a SVQ Level III in Health and Social Care.
