Responsibilities
Perform regular data reconciliation audits to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
Analyze and validate data from diverse sources to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.
Collaborate with different departments to gather data and clarify discrepancies for seamless reconciliation processes.
Develop and maintain documentation of reconciliation processes and findings for transparency and compliance.
Formulate and implement strategies to improve data management and reconciliation efficiency.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports regarding data integrity and reconciliation metrics.
Maintain a strong understanding of industry regulations and best practices related to data handling and reconciliation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in data management, analysis, or reconciliation roles.
Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, or data visualization programs.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
