As a 'Living Wage Employer', we are looking for caring individuals to join our friendly and supportive care team. We have recently been Inspected by CQC and have a Rating of Outstanding.
We have flexible FULL TIME and PART TIME permanent Care Assistant positions available.
Pay & Benefits:

Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications
- A caring, patient, and compassionate nature
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Organised, self-motivated, and flexible
- Physically capable of handling the role’s demands (e.g., bending, lifting, walking)
Main Responsibilities:
- Our care assistants work in clients own homes and provide services such as companionship care through to medication support and dementia care.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet the personal care needs of clients while maintaining their dignity and promoting independence.
- Provide care and support similar to what a client’s own family would offer, excluding tasks requiring a trained nurse.
- Assist clients with daily routines, including getting in and out of bed, dressing, undressing and washing.
- Support individuals with mobility challenges and physical disabilities, including incontinence care, and assist with using and maintaining mobility aids.
- Offer companionship and encourage social engagement by assisting clients with outings and daily activities.
- Carry out light household tasks such as making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and ironing.
- Prepare and serve meals, support clients with eating and drinking, and ensure kitchen and dining areas are kept clean and tidy.
- Participate in staff meetings, client reviews, and training sessions as required.
- Maintain excellent hygiene standards at all times and use provided personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Adhere to all company policies and guidelines.
- Report any significant changes in a client’s health or circumstances to the office promptly.
- Encourage and support clients to remain as independent as possible in their daily lives.
