Crynodeb
We are looking for a Confident & Experienced General Manager in the Construction Sector to come on boards and run our Construction Team on the Groundworks side of our business.
The Groundworks Side - Dismantles existing buildings and install brand new concrete base for to accept our buildings.
You will be responsible for the overseeing of the smooth running of each Project from, Dismantles of all types of existing buildings to New Concrete Bases to accept our Buildings. This person must have experience & understand the workings in this industry and good leadership skills. Organised & Proactive and good problem solving skills.
We are looking for someone to come on board who will share the same passion and enthusiasm to move our company forward and has the experience in this line of work.
Your Duties will be:
Ensure the smooth running of Teams
Preparing work Schedule
Building Checked for going out for install
Ensuring Vans & Tools are kept clean & tidy
Estimate Quantities of Material for each Job (Groundworks)
Ensure a High Standard of Work is Produced at all times on Site
Responsible for Site Safety & Cleanliness
Making sure everyone is set up for the job scheduled.

Responsible for Recruitment

This is a permanent position Mon-Fri - Occasional Saturday if required - Various start times.
Hrs may vary dependant on work involved. and come with a company vehicle after 2 month probationary period. The individual must be organised, efficient and professional in this field.
