Independent Prescribing annotation or desire to complete qualification Keeping professionally up to date including CPD Practice as clinical pharmacist. Experience of managing a team. Experience of leading on the incorporation of NHS priorities for pharmacy and medicines management in practice. Proven track record of service development. Knowledge and clear understanding of relevant regulations, guidance and quality standards Able to lead and motivate a team and drive change. Assertive yet friendly Excellent interpersonal skills with patients and colleagues of all grades and disciplines. Good initiative, planning and time management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills including presentation skills. Able to apply advanced clinical pharmacy skills and knowledge in practice. Interest in and experience of practice or clinical research. Awareness of political priorities and agendas. Able to plan and implement projects. Tutoring/mentoring skills.
