Summary
Work Pattern
Your contracted hours each week throughout your apprenticeship will be 39 hours Monday - Friday. In this role you can expect to have to travel up to 40% of your working hours.

This role is based at Ansty Park, Coventry. It is recommended that you live within a commutable distance of this location.
Key Responsibilities
Act as Junior SAP Expert: Support projects on SAP modules and assist in shaping SAP solutions alongside senior SAP subject matter experts.
Participate in Requirement Gathering: Engage in interviews, process reviews, workshops, surveys, site visits, and business analysis to gather requirements and develop use cases.
Evaluate and Reconcile Information: Assess data from multiple sources, identify and close gaps, and ensure alignment with true business needs.
Decompose and Abstract Information: Break down high-level information into detailed tasks and abstract low-level details for a broader understanding of business requirements.
Collaborate with Customers: Communicate proactively with internal and external customers to deliver key artefacts, such as process flows, solution designs, user stories, and use cases.
Manage Multiple Initiatives: Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring all goals are aligned and timelines are met.

Training
Alongside your day role, you will work to complete your apprenticeship with your external training provider, De Montfort University. This will give you the knowledge, training and external approval to do your job effectively.

Qualifications required
Qualifications
5 x GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent), including Mathematics and English.
You will also need one of the following:
104 UCAS points from at least two A Levels (or equivalent), or
BTEC National Diploma / Extended Diploma at grade DMM, or
A pass in a QAA-accredited Access to HE Diploma, or
International Baccalaureate with a minimum of 26 points, or
T Level qualification with a Merit grade.

Be at least 18 years old when the apprenticeship begins.
Have the right to work in the UK.
Have been a UK/EU/EAA resident for at least the past three years prior to starting the apprenticeship.

Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes and data governance, with a focus on understanding and applying data management principles.

Upon successful completion of the programme — and subject to performance — you may have the opportunity to move into a permanent role within the team or business area where you completed your apprenticeship.
