Personal Assistant - Care - Cookridge area

Apply at UKCIL.com. Reference: 2553c6e5

I am a sociable, disabled female wheelchair user in my 30s with cerebral palsy who is looking for an enthusiastic and active female Personal Assistant who can relate to my needs and interests.

The duties include supporting my health therapy/personal care needs (including swimming/hydrotherapy) and accessing the various activities in which I participate eg powerchair football, journalism, blogging and theatre and all other aspects of my life.

I am looking for one or two female PA(s) to support me in the week during evenings and (sleeping) nights (after a period of training and familiarisation on days).

Pay rate: £14.55 per hour (days and evenings) plus, when applicable, £97.68 per night sleeping night allowance.

Because I like to get out, and see friends and family, it is important that you have a clean manual driving licence, are confident to drive my wheelchair adapted vehicle and preferably also have your own car.

Please tell me a bit about yourself, what you are doing now and your recent history employment history, what you have enjoyed and why you are applying for this role. As part of this please clearly state the evenings and nights each week that you would be available to work.

I look forward to hearing from you.
