The Best Connection are recruiting for Van Drivers based from WF9, delivering to regional service centres.
The driver is required to cover single trip deliveries nationwide to own and partner RSC's. Handballing will be required to load full sacks on and off the van and will also be required to scan the sacks off the vehicle to the customer.
All candidates must be able to work at least 1 weekend shift each week.
Shifts are either days starting between 0500 - 0900 and nights starting between 2200 - 0300.
Days £12.86 per hour, overtime £19.29 after 42/45 hours per week
Nights £15.43 per hour, overtime £23.15 after 42/45 hours per week
An assessment is required, which includes highway code and drivers hours, rules and regulations test along with a driving style assessment. Following 2 days induction, drivers will be buddied up with a permanent driver to learn the paperwork and process before going alone.
Drivers must have a B category licence with no more than 6 licence points, for minor endorsements only.
Excellent pay rates on offer, all PAYE with holiday accrual on top and ONLY 30min BREAK DEDUCTED PER SHIFT;
