Responsibilities
Manage and organize office operations and procedures to ensure efficient workflow.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate department.
Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.
Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and executives.
Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, reports, and presentations as needed.
Support the management team with various administrative tasks, including budget tracking and expense reporting.
Implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar capacity.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
A degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.

End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £16.99
