What skills and experience we're looking for
Holy Trinity C of E Primary School requires an Early Years After School Club Manager to start in September 2025
Hours: Monday to Friday, 20 hours per week to include planning time (Club is open 3.30pm-6pm) – 38 weeks per annum (excludes INSET days).
Grade: ME6, Scale Point 7. £29,346 (pro-rata’d to approx. £14,209)
Contract: Permanent
Closing Date: Friday 20th June
Interviews: to be arranged individually
We are looking to appoint a confident, organised and sensitive Early Years After School Club Manager with excellent communication, interpersonal and line management skills. You must be warm and responsive, able to work flexibly as part of a team to provide a high-quality stimulating environment for the Early Years children (3-5 year olds) in our care. An NVQ level 3 in Child Care/ Playwork or equivalent/ higher academic qualification is essential.
