What the school offers its staff

Harlington and Sundon Lower Schools are two vibrant village schools, located within three miles of one another, and sharing a Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team. They are both part of the Pyramid Schools Trust. The schools, nestled in beautiful countryside, are small schools with a genuine family feel. We pride ourselves on our values-based education and a close-knit team where everyone knows everyone. This fosters a warm, positive, and caring ethos that is truly at the heart of our school. Our fantastic facilities, including outdoor classrooms, spacious field, and outdoor gyms, provide rich and varied learning opportunities. Harlington Lower School has recently developed a Forest School. Both schools are proud to serve diverse cohorts of children from their villages and surrounding areas, including Luton. Our children are looking for a kind, caring, and supportive teacher who will inspire them in their learning and support them pastorally.
