Supporting Residents with personal care Assisting Patrons with choosing their meals Reading each individual care plan and following updates spending time with Residents and learning about their life and interest liaises with professional staff in carrying out care plans etc. Understanding and working to group allocations Monitoring Residents whose condition is of particular concern. Understanding procedures for reporting and recording accidents and incidents. Understanding and working to daily routines giving handover to Deputy Manager/Manager Attending mandatory and good practice training as required. Attending supervisions every four months and when required following the home policies and procedures showing dignity, Respect and Compassion to Residents at all times. Following the correct Health and safety and Fire Safety procedures. Representing the home to a high standard at all times. Any other duties as required.
