Summary

Are you an experienced Electrical Technician looking to take the next step in your career? This dynamic company is seeking a talented Wiring Cell Team Leader to join their team in the North West region. As the Wiring Cell Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of critical projects for their diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities of the Wiring Cell Team Leader:

• Oversee the Cost, Quality, and Delivery KPIs for the Wiring Cell Team
• Ensure the achievement of product wiring hours targets and timely delivery
• Manage the Wiring Test and Inspection process to reduce remedials
• Allocate work to support the manufacturing programme
• Ensure compliance with relevant Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements
• Implement and maintain Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Liaise with the Production Cell Team, Production Manager, and Engineering Team
• Actively participate in Assembly and Wiring activities alongside the Wiring Cell Team

Qualifications and Experience:

• Time-served Electrical Apprenticeship
• Extensive experience in Assembly and Wiring of Control Panels and Equipment
• Proven track record as a Manufacturing Team Leader
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement principles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various teams
