We're looking for several ambitious, transformational senior leaders for exciting roles across our organisation and this is where you come in as our Director of Digital.

Reporting to the Executive Director of Resources, this role leads the council’s digital transformation and use of data to improve service efficiency and outcomes. You will ensure accessible, secure, and responsive services aligned with user needs and council priorities, while driving greater customer engagement and smarter use of technology.

With oversight of all digital operations, you will set the strategy, standards, and IT policies to support our transformation programme. Leading this critical service, you will ensure systems are modern, secure, and compliant, with strong frameworks in place to manage digital and data risks.
