Salary: Approx. pro rata salary TA - £17,192 - £17,465 (NJC Scale 3) and MDA - £1367 to 1389 (NJC Scale 1)

Hours of Post: TA is 30 hours a week and Midday is 2.5 hours a week - Monday Friday 8.30am 3.30pm

Contract Type: Permanent - Term Time Only

The successful candidate would be based across either KS1 or KS2, supporting learning with individual children and groups as required.

The successful candidate will:

be passionate about young children’s learning and wellbeing
be imaginative, creative and can use these skills to work alongside teaching staff
interact with children during planned and child- initiated play and activities
have recent experience of working with children in KS1/ KS2 and leading learning e.g. Read Write Inc phonics
be committed to building excellent relationships with staff, children, parents and carers
relevant qualifications NVQ Level 3/Cache Level 3 or higher
be self-motivated and demonstrate initiative
be friendly and approachable
be able to work effectively as part of team.
