Are you organised, approachable, and looking for a rewarding temporary role in a fast-paced, student-focused environment? Join the Admissions & Enrolment team at a college in North London as an Enrolment Officer and help new students take the first step in their education journey.
About the Role:
This is a temporary position supporting the college's busy summer and autumn enrolment period. As an Enrolment Officer, you'll assist applicants through the admissions process, ensuring they receive a positive and efficient start to their studies.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist prospective students during in-person and online enrolment

Check and process documentation and applications

Respond to queries via phone, email, and face-to-face

Update student records and maintain accurate data

Work collaboratively with academic and support teams
What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong administrative and IT skills (Microsoft Office essential)

Ability to work under pressure and manage busy queues or in-boxes

Previous experience in education, customer service, or admin roles is desirable
