An After-school Nanny is needed by a family in Pimlico, London to provide proper care for their charming toddler and a baby due. They seek someone reliable, caring, and engaging who can carry out all childcare duties. The main responsibilities will be with the toddler and the nanny will play a key role in providing consistency and support for the toddler. They have a dog in the household so someone pet-friendly is ideal however there will be no pet care required. They prefer someone who has good communication skills and who is fluent with the English language.
A valid first aid qualification is a requirement for this position.
Working hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 12:30 pm to 7:30/8:00 pm, around 28 to 30 hours per week
Duties include:
Providing supervision and constant care, primarily for the toddler
Planning and organising fun, age-appropriate activities to support early development
Nursery pick-up
Taking the children to the park and other outings
Preparing and providing healthy meals and snacks
Supporting the family with light child-related housekeeping, including tidying the child's bedroom and play areas
Changing nappies
Sterilising bottles of milk
Being a calm, confident presence in the home, especially as the family transitions to welcoming a new baby
They are looking for someone who can start in mid-July or August 2025 and they are happy to meet lovely candidates.
