Crynodeb
To lead on the Pharmacy governance aspects of clinical trials in line with international (ICH-GCP, GMP) and national legislations [UK Medicines for Human Use (Clinical Trials) Regulations]. Actively lead and contribute as a member of the pharmacy department leadership team and research department to ensure continuous communication to maintain high standards of trial medicines use within Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board (CTMUHB). Develop and deliver the UHBs research portfolio, lead the stimulation and coordination of pharmacy practice research activity across the department, ensuring support, governance, and quality. Manage the pharmacy clinical trial service budget, including contribution to the development of guidelines and policies relating to pharmacy research across CTMUHB.
