We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Breakfast Chef to join our culinary team at Lingfield Park Resort. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing breakfast service, preparing mise-en-place for the Main Kitchen, and upholding the highest standards of food quality, safety, and customer service. This role plays a key part in maintaining kitchen efficiency, controlling costs, and ensuring excellent guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare mise-en-place for breakfast service according to company standards.
Ensure smooth kitchen operations during breakfast, delivering high-quality dishes.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in line with current food safety regulations.
Support lunch service preparation as directed.
Assist in the efficient running of the kitchen team and department.
Comply with all Environmental Health Office (EHO) and Marriott food safety standards.
Work closely with the team to maintain a clean kitchen.
Ensure a safe working environment at all times.
Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Maintain a positive image with hotel guests and local patrons
Uphold and promote all Health & Safety and Hygiene policies.
Assist with audits and health inspections when necessary.
Foster clear communication between the kitchen and other departments.
