- Provide tailored support to children, ensuring their educational and developmental needs are met.
- Assist with the preparation and delivery of learning activities.
- Work closely with the lead teacher to monitor and report on the children's progress.
- Engage with children individually and in groups, facilitating a positive and conducive learning environment.
- Adhere to school policies and guidelines to ensure a safe and productive setting for all students.
- Must hold at least a TA2 qualification or equivalent in a relevant field
- Experience in a similar role, preferably within a primary school or SEN school setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with students, staff, and parents.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
