Plumber - Social Housing Contract (Basildon)

Are you a skilled and experienced Plumber looking for a stable and rewarding role? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team, working on a vital social housing contract in Basildon.

Salary: Up to £34,000 per annum

About the Role:

You will be responsible for carrying out a range of plumbing duties within occupied and void social housing properties. This will include, but is not limited to:

  • Responding to reactive maintenance requests
  • Diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues (leaks, blockages, burst pipes)
  • Installing and repairing sanitary ware
  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
  • Providing excellent customer service to residents

What We're Looking For:

  • NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing or equivalent recognized qualification
  • Proven experience working as a Plumber within a social housing or domestic setting
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
