Your new company
Hays are recruiting for a permanent legal secretary. This role is based in Manchester city centre. Comprehensive fee-earning support is essential.
Your new role
You will provide secretarial and administrative support, manage essential tasks for fee earners, work with team leaders, communicate with clients, take and relay detailed messages, create new clients, accurately enter data, type-length documents, you will have worked within document production, you will create new clients, open and close files, amend documents whilst using track changes, cross-reference and include table contents, prepare financial posting slips, telephone external sources, prepare engrossment documents, run document comparison use DocuSign to create documents, Type words to dictate, manage windows database, create fileshare suits, transcribe handwritten notes, filing, prep electronic bundles, assist with scanning documents, print letters, documents and large bundles, at all times comply with legislation's.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience in document production, you will have worked as a legal secretary, you will be technically strong. In order to succeed, you will need a proactive approach to your work, excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, along with a professional and helpful manner.
