Part time (27.5 hours pw)
University College is seeking to recruit a Treasury Assistant to support the day-to-day financial operations of the department.
The Treasury is responsible for all aspects of the college’s financial administration ranging from supplier payments, billing members and dealing with queries from students and fellows to providing financial reporting and analysis, preparing statutory accounts and fulfilling various financial and regulatory compliance functions. The Treasury Assistant will be responsible for the purchase ledger, nominal ledger and council tax payments primarily.
You will have a good ‘eye for detail’, work efficiently and be able to provide excellent customer service to students, staff and academics in the College using your strong communication and inter-personal skills.
