Job Purpose

Our mulitmedia lead will bring creative flair to briefs to demonstrate the impact and value that we bring to social care and the people we support. The role will require your involvement from the early planning stages of each task, creating storyboards and pre-production planning, through to filming/recording, editing and post-production, with absolute attention to detail. This could include video, photography, podcasts and animation. The successful applicant will be comfortable setting up and operating video, sound and lighting equipment, as well as editing software.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Develop and execute multimedia strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Oversee the production of multimedia content, including videos, podcasts, animations, and graphics.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to create cohesive and impactful content.
Ensure all multimedia content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve content quality.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Work closely with external freelancers as needed.
Analyze and report on the performance of multimedia content, using insights to drive improvements.
Person Specification - Essential Requirements
Skills and Knowledge
Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical skills across various multimedia platforms.
Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, etc.), Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
Knowledge of UX/UI principles and how they apply to multimedia content.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Excellent visual storytelling skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
Strong understanding of video production techniques, including filming, editing, motion graphics, and animation.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.

Experience
Experience in Multimedia Design, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in leading multimedia projects, including video production, graphic design, animation, and digital content creation.
Experience in live-streaming production and broadcast media.
Ability to develop creative concepts that align with brand identity and marketing objectives.
Experience with photography, videography, and post-production workflows.
Familiarity with web design, social media content creation, and interactive media development.
Ability to adapt multimedia content for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, and mobile applications.
Qualifications and Training
Degree or equivalent experience in Multimedia Design, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
Qualifications or completed training in filming and photography
The role is home based, with occasional days spent at our collaboration hub in Liverpool and occasional travel required, therefore a driver with the use of a vehicle is essential for this role.
