Crynodeb
MKB Solicitors LLP are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented junior assistant to join their busy support team, providing administrative support primarily in general office but also support on reception and switchboard when required.
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals eager to begin their career in office administration. The successful candidate will possess strong organisational skills with good literacy and numeracy skills as the role involves heavy volumes of data and file management. The role is physically demanding at times due to the archive files being stored across 4 floors of the office and involves a degree of manual handling.
At times this will be a client facing role so the successful candidate will need to have confidence to speak with members of the public, in person and on the phone.
No experience required as full on the job training, including health and safety training will be provided but enthusiasm and an interest in office administration is essential.
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday 9am to 5.15pm. No weekends or Bank holidays.
Interviews will include a basic numeracy and literacy test.
Due to the anticipated level of interest, only applicants who are invited for interview will be contacted but all applications will be considered.
