Gloucestershire College is recruiting a Lecturer in Hospitality and Catering to join our Customer Service Industries team.
Hospitality and Catering is delivered at our Cheltenham and Cinderford campuses, teaching both full time courses for young adults and part time adult provision. The team consists of industry specialists from a variety of fields including cruise ships, hotel management and fine dining. Students gain hands-on experience through collaborations with local establishments in addition to the taught lessons at the college. The department also operates training restaurants, including The View Restaurant at the Forest of Dean Campus and Number One Restaurant at the Cheltenham Campus, providing real-world settings for students to develop their culinary and service skills.
