Crynodeb
To oversee the delivery of psychological care across the Community & Wellbeing service line. To oversee the governance of psychological therapies and interventions. To provide line management to lead psychological professionals across community teams, Family Therapy Team, and Rough Sleepers Mental Health Team. To oversee the development and running of recording and reporting systems on activity and outcome data for the interventions delivered by Psychological Professionals and utilise this data to inform service planning and development. To work collectively as a core member of the senior leadership team along with head of operations and clinical lead, and with other senior managers.
