The Role:
Join a leading firm in the building services sector, where you'll be working on high-profile projects as a CAD/REVIT Technician. This office/home-based position requires strong coordination skills and a deep understanding of Building Services design and detailing.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Producing full MEP and Public Health drawings using the latest AutoCAD and Revit software
- Managing uploads/downloads of STP files and drawing modifications
- Coordinating with site teams and other stakeholders
- Delivering accurate 3D drafting and technical documentation
- Working in a team that thrives on pace, precision, and professionalism
What We're Looking For:
- A proven track record as a Building Services CAD Technician
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modelling
- Strong experience in MEP coordination
- Ability to hit the ground running with an immediate start
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with excellent team collaboration skills
