More about the role
You will be a first line supervisor for up to 12 members of staff, so the primary focus of this role will be to lead, motivate and mentor your team.
Whilst supporting the performance and development of your team members and managing the day to day workload for your team and the wider department with your colleagues, you will also be required to identify and develop opportunities to change or improve your business processes to improve efficiency.
