We are seeking a passionate, motivated, and experienced respiratory nurse to join our team. You must be a registered adult nurse with extensive respiratory care experience and a demonstrated commitment to professional growth.

You should be an effective communicator at all levels, able to work independently, and excel in teamwork. Your focus will be providing high-quality, timely, and patient-centered care, always adhering to best practice policies and guidelines.

You will receive ongoing support through regular team meetings, one-on-one coaching, and access to a multidisciplinary team of nurses, AHPs, and consultants for mentorship and development.

The ideal candidate will have:
• Registration as an Adult Nurse
• Significant experience in respiratory care
• Post-registration training in respiratory medicine
• A strong desire to expand clinical skills across all respiratory conditions
• A positive, adaptable approach to service development and change management
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with patients, carers, and the wider team
