Your role will include:
- Providing high-quality, person-centred care and support to our residents throughout the day
- Assisting with daily routines such as washing, dressing, mobility, mealtimes, and engaging activities
- Building trusting relationships with residents and their families
- Supporting residents’ independence while offering comfort and companionship
- Working closely with your team to create a safe, nurturing, and cheerful environment

- Experienced in care (desirable but not essential – we provide full training)
