We are looking for caring and dedicated Intensive Support Workers to join our expanding, award-winning, Employee-Owned organisation in Penilee & Barrhead.
As a Support Worker, you will support individuals with complex health and behavioural needs, including those who are ventilated or living with long-term conditions. This is a highly rewarding role where you can make a genuine difference in someone’s life, helping them to live as independently and meaningfully as possible.

What You’ll Do:
Support people 1:1 in their homes and local community
Provide personal and clinical care
Assist with medication, housing needs, appointments, and daily routines
Encourage social participation and independence
Whether it’s helping someone feel confident in their own home or supporting them at a community event, you’ll play a vital role in helping people feel safe, empowered, and connected.
This role can involve lone working, with on-call support available 24 hours a day.

Experience is not essential — we provide a full induction and ongoing training. What matters most is your ability to connect with people, your empathy, and your commitment to helping others.

A great listener and communicator
Reliable and self-motivated

Comfortable working independently
You’ll Need:
Manual UK Driving Licence
Access to your own car for work is essential
Flexibility to work shift patterns (day, evening, or weekend)
