The Repairs Contract Manager (LBS-014) is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of repair contracts to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with industry standards. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, operations, and quality assurance, to streamline processes and enhance client satisfaction. With a deep understanding of contractual obligations and repair service requirements, the Repairs Contract Manager will be tasked with developing effective strategies to monitor contractor performance and ensure timely resolution of any issues that arise. Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all repair contracts from initiation to completion.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
Act as the primary point of contact for all contractors regarding repair contracts.
Conduct regular performance evaluations of contractors to ensure service quality.
Negotiate contract terms and conditions to achieve optimal outcomes for the organization.
Resolve disputes and issues arising from contracts in a timely manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to align repair contract goals with organizational objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, contract management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management or a similar role.
Strong understanding of repair services and relevant regulations.
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
Proven track record of successfully managing contracts and contractors.
Ability to analyze data and generate performance reports.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder engagement.
Hours Per Week: 36.00

End Time: 19:00
